Anton Phu

Anton Phu graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University in Bendigo. His interest in physiotherapy began during his teenage years, when he competed at a national level with the Melbourne Knights Football Club and experienced several sports‑related injuries. These experiences sparked his passion for helping others and promoting a healthy, functional lifestyle.

Before becoming a physiotherapist, Anton worked as a Personal Trainer, supporting clients of all ages through individualised exercise programs and group classes, with a strong focus on injury prevention and long‑term wellbeing.

Anton has a strong interest in post‑surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions, sporting injuries, chronic pain management, and conditions affecting the hips, knees, shoulders, back, and neck. He is also passionate about falls prevention and helping clients maintain independence and mobility. His approach centres on empowering clients to understand their bodies, build resilience, and return to meaningful daily activities.

Outside the clinic, Anton enjoys weightlifting, spending quality time with his family, and caring for his pet cats — who he keeps active with regular outdoor walks.

Guided by the beliefs “Health is Wealth” and “People don’t care what you know until they know you care,” Anton brings a compassionate, person‑centred approach to every session. He is dedicated to supporting each client through their unique challenges and helping them achieve long‑term health and rehabilitation goals with confidence.
